Sunflowers Mica

Description

Our mica’s are packaged in wide mouth plastic containers for easier access.

Crafters: 

Mica’s can be used in its powder form or it can be mixed with alcohol, glycerine, or epoxy to be made into a liquid colorant for easier use. 

Soap Makers:

Use Rate for CP and HP — 1-2 tsp. per pound

Use Rate for MP — .5 tsp. per pound

Sunflowers mica is our most reliable yellow. It is sunny and very bright and is completely reliable in cold process soaps. Some have reported that Sunflowers mica turns orange during saponification, so if this happens don’t be surprised! Within 24 hours this mica will turn back to the bright yellow that you are wanting
